The Buffalo & Erie Count Workforce Investment Board administers several state and federally funded programs designed to serve workers, residents and businesses in Erie County. These programs frequently require services from qualified contractors. This page lists the current RFP's and RFQ's and provides links to their summaries.

                  One Stop System Operator

The Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Investment Board, Inc. is accepting proposals for a One-Stop System Operator to coordinate the service delivery of one-stop partners and service providers across its one-stop delivery system. The individual or entity chosen will report to its Board of Directors through the Executive Director. Proposals clearly labeled RFP for One-Stop System Operator must be delivered to 726 Exchange Street, Suite 630, Buffalo, New York 14210, no later than the close of business on March 24, 2017.            To Perform Annual Single Audits
                      February 24, 2017

The Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Development Consortium, Inc. (WDC) is requesting proposals from certified public accountants/accounting firms to perform annual single audits for Fiscal Years ending June 30, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Notification of interest letter due no later than 4:00 PM on March 3, 2017 and proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM on March 29, 2017 at the WDC's main office located at 726 Exchange Street - Suite 630, Buffalo, New York 14210.
